Payment and Financing

General Financial Policy

Our goal is to help all our patients receive the dentistry they want and need, with financial arrangements that fit their budget. For this reason, we provide a variety of payment options to help you receive the dental care needed to enjoy a healthy and confident smile, with respect to your budget.

Payment Methods

Cash & Checks

We are happy to offer a 5% discount for all uninsured treatment paid in full prior to or at time of treatment.

Credit & Debit

For the convenience of our patients we happily accept the following credit, debit, and check cards:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • Discover

Financial & Payment Plans

We are proud to partner with Care Credit to offer convenient and affordable financing options for our patients. There are no application fees. We do ask that you make these arrangements prior to treatment with our financial coordinators. If you have any questions about our financing options, please contact us and we would be happy to assist you.

Dental Insurance

We would be happy to file the insurance forms necessary to see that you receive the full benefits of your coverage: however; we cannot guarantee any estimated coverage. Since the insurance policy is an agreement between you and the insurance company, we ask that all patients be directly responsible for all charges. We ask for the estimated uninsured portion at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made prior to treatment. To avoid misunderstandings, it is best to learn exactly what your individual policy provides.

Other Information

Missed Appointments

Keeping scheduled appointments allows us to keep dental costs down and better serve all of our patients. We reserve the right to charge for appointments cancelled or missed without 48 hours advanced notice.

Usual and Customary Fees

Our practice is committed to providing the best treatment for our patients and we charge what is usual and customary for our area. You are responsible for payment regardless of any insurance company’s arbitrary determination of usual and customary fees.
